Blackman's Brewery
The hometown brewery. Brewed in Torquay, served in their taproom with woodfired pizza. Relaxed surf-culture vibe, kid-friendly during the day, and always something interesting on tap. The Unfiltered Lager and Reginald IPA are standouts. 5 min drive.
White Rabbit Brewery
Located in Geelong (30 min drive), this is a destination brewery. Beautiful barrel room, extensive beer list including sours and barrel-aged specials, and excellent food. Worth the trip for a long lunch.
Little Creatures Geelong
Housed in a converted wool store on the Geelong waterfront (30 min drive). Massive venue with a brewery tour, expansive menu, and views over Corio Bay. Great for groups.
Bells Beach Brewing
A small-batch brewery with a laid-back taproom in Torquay. Focus on clean, approachable styles with a surf-coast sensibility. Pick up tinnies to take home. 5 min drive.
Provenance Wines & Brewery Trail
The Bellarine Peninsula (30–40 min drive) has a growing cluster of wineries and breweries. Combine a brewery visit with a winery lunch — the drive through the countryside is part of the experience.
